RAWALPINDI: The Close Circuit Television (CCTV) footage, of suicide attack on a bank located near Shalimar Hotel in Rawalpindi, has been released which Geo news had received from a friendly viewer on Monday, Geo news reported.

According to details, the CCTV footage was recorded on a camera installed on the other side of the bank away from blast site, showing the scenes before and after suicide attack including rescue efforts and the damage left by the blast.

23-minute long footage also showed people recording scenes through their mobile phone cameras after blast had occurred.

The rescue officials from Rescue112 and fire brigade workers were also shown, taking part in clearing area, rescuing injured people and extinguishing fire.

The evidences collected through this footage from blast scene have been recorded to conduct investigation, sources said.
