ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari has warned opposition leaders against following anti-democratic ways to topple government, Geo news reported Monday.

According to sources, this president said amid separate meetings he held here at presidency with Dr. Farooq Sattar and Molana Fazlur Rehman.

“We are facing same opponents as did Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto”, he said adding, “We should rid MQM reservations through holding sittings over NRO”.

“PPP-led government wanted restoration of judiciary following end of job term of Justice (retd.) Abdul Hameed Dogar as Chief Justice of Pakistan but unfortunately, long march got underway in meantime”, president clarified.
